In order to resolve it, we invite you to follow this procedure:
👉 If you are using an iPhone, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. You can then select United H. from the list to delete this app.
👉 If you use an Android phone: Go to Settings > Applications. You can then select United H. from the list to delete the data in Storage.
You can then download the United Heroes application again and connect in the usual way.
