Are some of your activities missing even though they have been saved on your sports app?
Here is everything you need to know about syncing your activities:
- If you have just connected your sports app, your next activities recorded on it will be automatically added. In the interest of fairness, we do not retrieve your activity history.
- In some cases, syncing your activities takes a little time: up to 24 hours normally (and up to 48 hours if you have just connected or reconnected a sports app). Remember to regularly update your list of activities on your sports app and then on our platform by clicking on the dedicated button.
- Some sports are not taken into account on our experiences. For more information on which ones: What sports are taken into account?
- We do not sync your daily recorded steps with Garmin, Polar, TomTom and Suunto at the moment. In the meantime, please record each of these activities using the walking mode on your watch, or use Fitbit or Health Mate to automatically sync your steps (which we will convert into distances).

Please check your sports app is connected by clicking on + on connect.sportheroes.group.
If the "✅ Connected" mention is displayed below the app in question, everything should work. If not, please reconnect the sports app by following these steps: My sports activities are no longer syncing. How do I reconnect my sports app?
