When you share your code to refer a friend, sometimes an error message is displayed:
👉 If "this sponsorship is not possible because you have not connected a running application" is displayed, please make sure that the person you are sponsoring has already synced at least one activity on his account through his sports app. For more information: I just connected an application but no sports activity appeared. What can I do?
👉 If this code is incorrect, please copy and paste it, checking that spaces have not been added before or after it. Also make sure that lower and upper case letters are respected and that similar characters have not been confused such as letters and numbers (1 and I, 0 and O, 5 and S, etc.). As a reminder, the code must be used in the field Add your sponsor code from the page Bonus code accessible by clicking on your profile at the top right of the screen.
