My points accumulation is incorrect or at 0. Why?

For rankings, the number of points displayed corresponds to those accumulated during the month. The counters are reset to 0 on the first day of each month. However, if you encounter a display problem, your points will have been recorded, stored and will appear soon. 

If you can no longer find your activity history, you probably just created a second account by mistake with a new email address.
